We understand that using the Pinellas HMIS can be complex, and that's why we're here to help!
If you identify multiple profiles for the same client, you will need to submit a ticket so that the Pinellas HMIS team can merge the profiles. Be sure to include the HMIS client ID numbers of the profiles which need merged.
To begin, the new user will need to complete preliminary steps of a Level 2 Background Screening and DCF Training. Then, a User Permission Request Form should be submitted via Wufoo. For detailed instructions, please visit the Request a New User article.
