All HMIS users, new and existing, as well as Agency Administrators, are required to attend the live Annual Refresher Trainings according to their assigned workflow.
Training Dates: October 7, 2025 – November 13, 2025
These sessions are mandatory to retain HMIS access. Trainings are designed to:
Reinforce data quality, with emphasis on common errors found in Benchmark reports
Highlight recent HUD Data Standards updates
Review privacy and security requirements
Provide an opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance
